Step 1: Book Your Movement & Performance Diagnostic (Zoom)

We’ll meet virtually to talk through your goals, your challenges, and what you want your body to become.

You’ll get clarity on what’s holding you back — and we’ll confirm this is the right fit for both of us.

If we’re aligned, we’ll schedule your in-person Strategy Session.

Step 2: In-Person Strategy Session

This is not a workout.

It’s a relaxed, detailed conversation where we map out:

  • your goals and deeper motivation

  • your schedule

  • your preferred coaching style

  • your movement history

  • and your long-term vision for your body

Together, we’ll outline your first phase of training so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 3: Begin Your Coaching Experience

Once we’re aligned on direction and expectations, we begin.

Your first session is scheduled, your plan is underway, and you’re officially on the path toward a stronger, more capable version of yourself.
