I’m Jason Garrard, founder of VirtusFit. Since 2008 I’ve owned and led CrossFit affiliates, coached Olympic athletes preparing for the 2024 Games, and helped hundreds of people—from student-athletes to executives—get results that show up on game day and in real life.
