About your Coach
Elite performance coach since 2008.
In my nearly two decades of coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to own multiple CrossFit Affiliates, coach Olympic Athletes preparing for the 2024 Olympic Games, and helped hundreds great people from all walks of life reach their personal fitness goals.
Personally I’ve competed at the highest level: 2 times CrossFit Games, USA Weightlifting National Championships, and World Masters weightlifting Championship.
in teams and one-on-one athletes, and helped busy pros get real results without the commute.

The method is simple: Meet you where you’re at. First thing we need to do is understand you as a person and an athlete. There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to fitness. Yes, we must all push, pull, bend and squat down, lift and carry things every day in our lives… but no two people are at the same point with the same strengths and weaknesses. Understanding you, your ability, motivation to improve your self, gives us the best starting point to grow.
